Individual production and Senior management of business development, estimating and tender of multi-million Pound projects in the successful acquisition of new business.

Delivery/Production

Responsible, initially for the successful delivery of single multi-million Pound projects then as Director for multiple multi-million Pound projects concurrently. Extensive experience in site logistics, engineering, project team supervision, client and design team liaison, commercial and contractual governance, quality control, and aftercare.

Strong commercial awareness and negotiating skills with the propensity to secure favourable financial results.

Technical

Capable of providing innovative solutions for engineering, logistics, methodology and value engineering challenges to ensure optimum time and cost benefits.

Governance

Completely familiar with and the production and formulation of all construction processes, administration and procedures to ISO / EN standards for Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Control.

Contract Administration

Extensive knowledge of negotiating Contract Terms and Conditions and the establishment of the appropriate and necessary administration to mitigate risk.

Claims, Dispute Prevention and Resolution

First-hand Experience in the preparation of detailed contractual claims for time and cost and referral to either Adjudication, Mediation or Litigation.
